Restorative Yoga
SUN AUG 23, 6 - 7 PM MDT (SUN AUG 23, 6 - 7 PM MDT)

This style of yoga includes fewer and gentler poses throughout the hour long course than a flow Yoga class, but uses various props such as blankets, blocks, bolsters, and much more to help to achieve relaxation. Once the body is relaxed, the mind has freedom to look inward and reset.

Arrive about 10 minutes prior to start time and prepared with: a mat, a blanket and a pillow (body pillows are perfect!) or a yoga bolster
