Testimonials

""Brandy is a great (and knowledgeable) yoga teacher.""

-VASA Fitness member yoga practioner

"Brandy's classes are wonderful and always different. I'm never bored and always, without doubt, feel better afterwards. "

-Ann O. - yoga practitioner

"Where do I begin... Brandy is amazingly gifted when it comes to being a yoga instructor. She cultivates an atmosphere of zen, trust, and relaxation. When I went to my first class, I didn't know what to expect, but immediately I felt comfortable and eager to follow the movements and relax my mind and body into the practice. Brandy is so knowledgeable and compassionate. When the sessions end, I feel so peaceful and relaxed. All worries and stresses of the day have melted away. Eckhart Tolle says to "Inhale the future. Exhale the past, " and that is exactly what you do during one of Brandy's yoga sessions. Definitely come give it a try. Your future self will thank you. "

-Sarah S., restorative yoga practioner

"Looking for a thoughtful, knowledgeable yoga instructor? Look no further than Brandy, a Colorado Yogini. Her integrated vinyasa flow classes are designed with focus and creativity. She is skilled in restorative yoga as well as vinyasa flows that will make you sweat. She has the heart of a caring teacher with a deep desire to help students reach their authentic self. "

-Wesley C., CYT 200 cohort & yoga practitioner

About Yogini Brandy

Brandy Noonan has spent more than 20 years exploring the practice of yoga and over 17 years teaching human anatomy and physiology—bringing together the precision of science with the wisdom of embodied practice.

Her teaching is rooted in the lineages of B.K.S. Iyengar, Judith Lasater, and the Colorado School of Yoga through Gina Caputo, where she completed her foundational teacher training. She has continued her studies in Restorative and Yin Yoga, cultivating an approach that is equal parts intelligent, accessible, and deeply nourishing.

With a Master's degree in Secondary Science Education and nearly two decades spent helping students understand the human body, Brandy offers a rare perspective that blends anatomical clarity with mindful movement. Rather than chasing perfect poses, she teaches students how to understand their own bodies—building strength, resilience, mobility, and lasting trust from the inside out.

Motherhood profoundly reshaped Brandy's relationship to yoga. After navigating infertility, pregnancy, and raising three children, her practice became less about performance and more about restoration, presence, and community. These experiences continue to inform her compassionate, trauma-aware approach, particularly in supporting women through pre-, peri-, and postnatal seasons of life.

Whether teaching Vinyasa, Yin, or Restorative yoga, Brandy weaves together fascia-informed movement, alignment, meditation, creative prop work, aromatherapy, visualization, and sound to create classes that are both educational and deeply restorative. Her warmth, humor, and ability to translate complex anatomy into practical wisdom help students feel empowered—not just in class, but in everyday life.

Brandy believes yoga isn't about becoming someone new. It's about remembering how to inhabit the body you already have—with greater ease, confidence, curiosity, and care.

~* Namaste*~

"I help people support their bodies from the inside out through alignment, fascia-informed movement, as well as regain a sense of Self through mindful strength and innovative prop work—so they may advance through life with greater ease, confidence, and trust in their own skin.”
